Dead Tree Detective

A citizen science project looking into the dieback of trees with a push for Mt Lofy Ranges and Fleurieu Peninsula invovlement in response to the drought.
It is an iNaturalist project where citizen scientists record and manually upload images of recently dead trees after answering a list of questions available on the iNaturalist site. Most easily done on a desktop I believe.

I think it’s a good response to the dieback for those interested in the environment and empower them to make an impact since I believe we are all shocked by what has happened.
This project could receive a lot more love and attention being very relevant now.
