Membership Renewal

On behalf of the committee I would like to thank all our members who have renewed their memberships. A special thanks to those members who have included a donation with their member renewal, and also to those who have taken the extra step to do a bank transfer. While undoubtedly easier to pay by card, a direct deposit to our bank account means we get the full value of your membership and donation without fees being deducted by the card broker.
It is really important for us to maintain a strong membership as it shows a commitment to the parks that is invaluable when we are seeking grants. Donations and grants can multiply our volunteer efforts by engaging contractors to do work that requires specialist skills or weed control in areas that would otherwise be inaccessible to volunteers due to factors like the terrain.
The committee welcomes feedback from our members about issues in the parks and ideas for future project work.
